Job summary

Service Technician

Mobility is the goal

  1. You perform all service, call-backs, and repairs on customer equipment efficiently, effectively, and professionally to ensure outstanding customer service while adhering to safety rules.
  2. You respond promptly to all assigned call-backs and are available for call-back coverage during regular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  3. You collaborate with other technicians to maximize customer satisfaction for the branch.
  4. You keep customers informed about the condition of their equipment, including preventive and corrective repairs, and any modernization or discretionary repairs.
  5. You comply with all safety policies and requirements of Schindler and the customer.
  6. You diligently complete all required data entries, including time reporting, parts usage, call-back reports, maintenance, and repair documentation.

Mobility needs you

  1. ITI diploma or vocational/technical course certificate holder.
  2. At least two years of service/maintenance experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
  3. Experience in testing and commissioning is an advantage.
  4. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
