Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Integration Manager (SIM) to oversee the end-to-end integration, delivery, and performance of IT services across multiple vendors, platforms, and business units. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless service coordination, operational efficiency, and adherence to SLAs through effective governance, communication, and process alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for service integration across multiple vendors and internal teams.
• Establish and manage IT service governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes across integrated services.
• Ensure all third-party vendors and service providers meet defined SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, application, and security teams to maintain end-to-end service continuity.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives.
• Lead service transition and transformation projects, ensuring smooth onboarding of new services.
• Drive root cause analysis, performance reviews, and risk management for integrated IT services.
• Communicate service performance, risks, and improvement plans to senior leadership and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in IT service delivery and integration management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request).
• Proven experience managing multi-vendor environments and SLAs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and network operations.
• Experience with service management tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills.
• ITIL v3 / v4 Foundation or higher certification preferred.
• PMP or SIAM (Service Integration and Management) certification is an advantage.
