Responsible for repairs of Laptops, Desktops of brands like HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Dell, ACER, HONOR, HUAWEI etc.

Job Description

• Responsible for repairing In Warranty and Out Warranty Laptops, Desktops and Mobiles.
• Should achieve the daily productivity targets.
• Should deliver the KPI as per brand requirements.
• Should handle customers who walk into the service centers with technical queries.
• Update brand systems daily.
• Maintain NPS of service center with good quality work and customer interaction.

Requirements

• Experience (Yrs. Field) 3-4 years’ experience in repairing any of the above brands at an Authorized Service Center.
• Educational Qualification Diploma/ITI in Electronics.
