Job summary

Wrtsil is a world leader in marine technology and a driving force in the decarbonisation of the industry. This vacancy in Dubai seeks a Propulsion service professional to deliver services on propulsion equipment, meet customer requirements, and uphold safety and quality on site.

Applicants should have 4–5 years of relevant experience and a Diploma Mechanical or BE Mechanical. You will prepare service reports, manage invoicing documents, maintain KPI performance, and ensure safe work practices,

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of experience in propulsion service.
• Experience with lifecycle products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services on propulsion equipment.
• Make decisions on site to meet customer requirements without compromising quality or company standards.
• Prepare Service Work Reports on time.
• Arrange and timely provide all documentation for invoicing.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including approving JSA and working safely at all times.
• Meet all KPI requirements.
• Make regular entries in FSM.
• Capable of troubleshooting.

General Purpose of the job:
Independently executing services related to Propulsion including Thrusters CPP OD box Gear box.

Location - Dubai

Experience required - 4 to 5 years

Qualification: Diploma Mechanical BE Mechanical

What will you be doing:

Deliver services on Propulsion equipment.

Make decisions at site and meeting customer requirements without compromising quality or affecting company.
Make Service Work Reports on time.

Arrange and timely provide all documents for invoicing.

Adhere to all safety regulations including approving JSA and work safely at all times.

Meet all KPI requirements.

Make regular entries in FSM.

Capable of trouble shooting.
Required To be successful you will need the following:
Relevant technical academic degree coupled with years of expertise in Wartsila Lifecycle Products and Services
Good Cultural knowledge
Strong result orientation
