Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in service contract or pricing analyst roles.
• Mandatory experience in automotive aftersales.
• Working knowledge of BI reporting attributes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service contracts for new models and modify existing contracts as needed.
• Maintain service contracts in the system to ensure accuracy and prevent revenue loss.
• Update service contract parts pricing to reflect current rates.
• Create and maintain service contracts for fleet customers.
• Generate ad-hoc reports to provide necessary information to stakeholders.
• Provide contract-related support to branches.
• Collaborate with corporate department on pricing requests.
