What would you do while you work with us?
  • Welcome customers like they just pulled into the VIP lane—professional, polished, and prompt.
  • Pop the hood on customer concerns—listen closely and document service needs with precision.
  • Break down recommended repairs like a trusted service manual—clear, honest, and jargon-free.
  • Keep customers in the driver’s seat—provide regular status updates and follow up like clockwork.
  • Maintain repair orders and job cards with the accuracy of a finely tuned engine.
What are we looking for?
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably with authorized dealers or high‑end/reputed service centers.
  • Someone who looks the part and talks the torque—presentable with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical know‑how under the hood—able to connect with both customers and technicians.
  • Graduate or Diploma holder, preferably in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must be detail‑oriented.
