Job summary

Shaw Advisory LLC FZ in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve organic rankings, drive traffic, and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

The successful candidate will conduct keyword research, perform audits, optimize content, monitor KPIs, work with content teams, and stay current with algorithm updates; UAE visa and Emirates ID required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as an SEO Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4) and keyword research tools.
• Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Understanding of site structure, indexing, crawling, redirects, canonical tags, schema markup and Core Web Vitals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently plan, execute and measure SEO campaigns.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.

• Optimize website pages, landing pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and other on-page elements.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues affecting crawling, indexing, site speed, and overall performance.

• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
• Work with content teams to create and optimize SEO-friendly website content.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and recommend improvements.
• Monitor algorithm updates and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
• Support Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization where required.

Job Description

Shaw Advisory LLC FZ is looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in improving organic search rankings, increasing website traffic, conducting keyword research, and implementing effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

We are looking for someone who understands how to turn SEO data into actionable strategies and can independently manage SEO activities to improve our online visibility and generate quality organic traffic.
