Job summary

Shaw Advisory LLC FZ is seeking an SEO Specialist to join our Dubai team. You will drive organic visibility, perform keyword research, and implement on-page, off-page and technical SEO to deliver quality traffic.

The role requires hands-on SEO experience, strong English communication, and a UAE visa. You will collaborate with content and web teams to optimize WordPress pages and monitor performance from our Dubai office.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools and keyword research.
• Ability to work from Dubai office with UAE visa in place.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal linking.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues affecting crawl/indexing and site speed.
• Develop off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic and SEO KPIs.
• Collaborate with content teams to optimize SEO-friendly content.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and propose improvements.
• Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies.
• Prepare SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Support Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.

Shaw Advisory LLC FZ is looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team in Dubai The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in improving organic search rankings increasing website traffic conducting keyword research and implementing effective on‑page off‑page and technical SEO strategies We are looking for someone who understands how to turn SEO data into actionable strategies and can independently manage SEO activities to improve our online visibility and generate quality organic traffic

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website pages, landing pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking and other on-page elements
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues affecting crawling, indexing, site speed and overall website performance
• Develop and execute ethical off-page SEO and link‑building strategies
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions and other important SEO KPIs
• Work with content teams to create and optimize SEO‑friendly website content
• Conduct regular SEO audits and recommend improvements
• Monitor algorithm updates and adapt SEO strategies accordingly
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
• Support Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization where required

Required Skills

• Experience: Proven hands‑on experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar SEO role
• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO
• Good knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, GA4
• Keyword research SEO tools
• Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar platforms is preferred
• Understanding of website structure, indexing, crawling, redirects, canonical tags, schema markup, XML sitemaps and Core Web Vitals
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to independently plan, execute and measure SEO campaigns
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage

Candidate Requirements

• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Must have their own valid UAE visa and Emirates ID
• Must be able to work from our Dubai office
• Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice will be preferred

Salary: AED 4,000–5,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
