Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks an SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities in Dubai. You will lead SEO strategy, content planning, and link-building while driving SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing to maximize ROI.

Your role includes testing, analytics, budgeting, and optimization of landing pages and keywords, plus collaboration with development and editorial teams to apply best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven SEO experience.
• Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
• Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite).
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
• BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.

Responsibilities

• Execute tests, collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights for paid search ROI.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives.
• Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget and reconciling discrepancies.
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Research and implement SEO recommendations.
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
• Develop and implement link building strategy.
• Collaborate with development to ensure SEO best practices on new code.
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and programming.
• Recommend changes to architecture, content, linking to improve SEO positions.
• Perform other tasks arising from marketing needs.
• Support Head of Digital in executing additional activities.
