Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Design Manager – Wet Utilities to lead the design delivery of potable water, wastewater, stormwater and irrigation networks for large-scale developments. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with authorities, and drive value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead design reviews, coordinate with clients and authorities, and promote BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
• 12–15+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design delivery of potable water, wastewater, stormwater and irrigation networks.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams and stakeholders across projects.
• Review technical calculations, drawings, reports and specifications for compliance.
• Promote BIM and digital design workflows within wet utilities delivery.
• Mentor engineers, designers and BIM teams.
• Support client presentations, technical proposals and project delivery strategies.
