Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Dubai is seeking a Construction Manager – Wet Utilities to plan, manage, and supervise wet utility works for major road and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, review drawings and method statements, and ensure safety, schedule, and budgets are met.

The role requires overseeing water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, and related pipelines, ensuring compliant execution and successful handover of completed networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the execution of wet utility works on road and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, Survey, Procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review approved IFC drawings, specifications, method statements, shop drawings, and utility layouts before execution.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and resources required for wet utility construction activities.
• Monitor daily and weekly construction progress against approved project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of completed wet utility systems.
