Job summary

JobCenter in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. You will weld and assemble large structures using stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and other metals, and operate overhead cranes and welding equipment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of welding experience, can read drawings and welding symbols, and is proficient with MIG/TIG or arc welding. English communication is essential, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as a welder.
• Knowledge of MIG/TIG or arc welding.
• Ability to read drawings and welding symbols.
• Ability to use calipers and protractors.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Good English; Arabic would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Weld and assemble large structures using stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and other metals.
• Operate overhead cranes and welding equipment safely.
• Measure material accurately and verify fit-up.
• Ensure welding per specifications.
