Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including 3+ years in a managerial or multi-site leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL, contract logistics, and inventory control.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple sites and ensure KPIs are met.
• Oversee warehouse leaders to maintain performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with HSSEQ standards.
• Manage P&L and support budgeting with Finance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless client onboarding.
