Job summary

Wood in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior Materials Supervisor to lead the warehouse/materials team on on-site projects. You will coordinate material allocation for construction work-packs, ensure safe warehouse operations, and maintain rigorous procurement processes in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires 10+ years in a supervisory capacity within oil & gas, offshore/onshore experience, and strong English communication. The position offers growth, and exposure to major energy projects in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a Senior/Supervisory position in oil & gas.
• Experience in large Oil & Gas Brown Field/Greenfield contracts.
• Offshore/onshore construction materials coordination experience.
• Proficient with MMS and materials control systems.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise materials personnel under Warehouse Manager.
• Oversee safe operation of Wood Warehouse and facilities at Habshan P5.
• Coordinate materials allocation to construction work-packs and timelines.
• Communicate with Procurement, vendors, QA/QC and client reps.
• Prepare Materials Status Reports and maintain PO/Materials documents.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE rules and auditable transactions.
• Maintain timely PO close-out and strong vendor relationships.
