Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is sourcing a Senior Waiter/Waitress for a premium Dubai restaurant offering an upscale dining experience inspired by Turkish and Mediterranean hospitality. The role requires at least 4 years of experience in senior waiter/waitress positions and exceptional English communication; Arabic or Russian skills are highly preferred.

You will deliver professional table service, upsell menu items, and manage sections independently while coordinating with kitchen and management

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic or Russian language skills are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fine-dining service standards, including sequence of service, menu presentation, table service, and upselling.
• Polished, confident, and guest-focused, with strong VIP guest handling and the ability to manage sections independently.
