Job summary

aló is seeking a highly creative Videographer & Video Editor with 7+ years of professional experience to join our Dubai team. This hands-on role covers concept to final delivery, with a focus on visual storytelling across social platforms.

You will plan shoots, operate professional cameras and lighting, direct talent, and transform footage into engaging social-first content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and more.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional videography and editing experience.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling, cinematography and lighting.
• Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses and lighting gear.
• Experience creating content for social platforms (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
• Ability to plan, shoot and edit from concept to final deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit social-first video content for brands.
• Direct talent and crew on shoots.
• Produce reels, shorts, campaigns and branded content.
• Create motion graphics and basic VFX, color grading and sound design.
• Adapt content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn across platforms.
