Job summary

Taj HR is seeking an innovative AI Motion Designer based in Abu Dhabi to blend traditional motion graphics with AI tools for integrated advertising campaigns, events, and brand activations. You will design 2D/3D motion graphics and animated assets tailored for LED displays and digital channels.

The role requires strong Arabic and English communication, hands-on experience with AI visual platforms, and a background in creative agencies or advertising. On-site, full-time position.

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative AI Motion Designer based in the UAE to join our creative team in Abu Dhabi.

You will blend traditional motion graphics with cutting-edge AI visual tools to build stunning visual experiences for integrated advertising campaigns, corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Combine AI generative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Sora, etc.) with classic motion design workflows to create top-tier visual content.
• Design 2D/3D motion graphics, promo videos, and animated assets tailored for event displays, custom LED screens, and digital channels.
• Develop dynamic storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts from brief to final video output.
• Work efficiently under fast-paced event timelines and communicate seamlessly with client servicing and creative teams in both Arabic and English.

Requirements

• Language: Native/Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proven background in motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI visual platforms and traditional suites (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Cinema 4D / Blender).
• Prior creative agency experience in advertising, events, or exhibitions.
• Currently residing in the UAE and ready to work full-time on-site in Abu Dhabi.
