Role Overview

We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on creative who can craft visually compelling content across multiple formats. From scroll-stopping short-form videos to cinematic long-form films, you’ll bring brand stories to life through your mastery of shooting, editing, storytelling, and emerging AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting both short-form social media content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and high-production long-form content (YouTube interviews, brand films).
  • Shooting and editing engaging content that aligns with brand storytelling, from raw visual concepts to polished, platform-optimized assets.
  • Preparing shoots end-to-end, including set design, lighting setups, and sound capture, ensuring professional production quality.
  • Adapting video content across formats and platforms, ensuring ideal performance in various dimensions, aspect ratios, and placements.
  • Leveraging AI-powered creative tools to ideate, generate, and refine video content
  • Executing cinematic transitions, storytelling techniques, and motion graphics that elevate brand films and digital content.
  • Using sound design, music, voiceovers, pacing, and effects to build emotional and energetic resonance with audiences.
  • Collaborating with marketing, performance, and brand teams to ensure content drives engagement, reach, conversions, and brand visibility.
  • Maintaining a structured and organized video asset library, ensuring reusability and team-wide accessibility.
  • Staying ahead of visual trends, production technology, platform algorithms, and audience behaviors to produce relevant and impactful content.
Qualifications
  • You’re a visual storyteller who knows how to make content that stops the scroll and grabs attention.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, adapt quickly to feedback, and can efficiently deliver across multiple projects.
  • You’re hands-on with cameras, lights, and audio equipment, ensuring every frame feels cinematic and professional.
  • You’re always exploring new tools and techniques, especially in the AI content creation space.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong experience in video editing software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects)
  • Solid filming and shooting skills, with a deep understanding of framing, lighting setups, set preparation, and camera movement.
  • Strong sound design skills, capturing, editing, and mixing audio for maximum impact.
  • Ability to create cinematic videos that combine storytelling, visuals, and sound into a cohesive, immersive experience.
  • A natural eye for detail, cutting to the beat, capturing energy through transitions, and making every frame matter.
