Job summary

PulseHire HR Middle East is partnering with a leading Abu Dhabi healthcare provider to recruit a Consultant Urological Surgeon. The role involves comprehensive specialist care, including assessment, diagnosis, operative management, and follow-up within a multidisciplinary clinical team.

The ideal candidate will hold recognized specialist qualifications, be eligible for UAE licensing, and possess strong clinical judgement, exceptional communication, and a commitment to patient safety.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical judgement with commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations, documentation standards and hospital governance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with a broad range of urological conditions.
• Perform urological surgical procedures in accordance with established clinical standards and best practices.
• Provide postoperative care and follow-up for urological patients.
• Coordinate patient care with oncology, nephrology, radiology, pathology, and emergency medicine.
