Job summary

SSH is seeking a Senior Urban Designer to lead large-scale master planning and urban development projects across the Middle East. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative, sustainable, and high-quality urban design solutions.

Bachelor's degree in urban planning, design, or architecture.
5-7 years in urban planning/design or master planning.
Experience delivering master plans and large-scale developments.
Knowledge of planning regulations and development processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead tasks within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead urban design and master planning projects from concept to delivery.
Prepare master plans, frameworks, conceptual designs, and layouts.
Conduct site analysis, research, and feasibility studies.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices.
Develop technical reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
Coordinate with clients, authorities, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with architecture, landscape, transportation, and engineering teams.
Support project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and design quality control.
