Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Design, CS or related field.
• 5+ years of UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Digital Experience Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, XD, or similar tools.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and design thinking.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts and developers to understand requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, analysis, and usability assessments to improve UX.
• Develop user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile apps.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts with stakeholders.
• Maintain design systems, style guides and UI components libraries.
• Work with development teams to ensure design specs are implemented.

Senior UI/UX Designer

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to understand business requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability assessments to identify opportunities for improving user experience.
• Develop user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design responsive and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
• Participate in usability testing and analyze feedback to improve product usability and engagement.
• Ensure consistency of user experience across multiple products and platforms.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Digital Experience Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS solutions, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting user analytics.
