Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Abu Dhabi invites a skilled DroneDesign Engineer – Aerodynamics to lead the aerodynamic design, development, analysis and validation of advanced UAV platforms. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in aircraft design principles, aerodynamics, flight dynamics and CAD.

You will create models in CATIA, run CFD simulations, evaluate performance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering.
• 8+ years of aerodynamic engineering or UAV design experience.
• Hands-on CATIA experience for aircraft design.
• Proficient CFD simulations with ANSYS Fluent or OpenFOAM.
• Strong understanding of aerodynamics, fluid mechanics, flight dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerodynamic design of UAV platforms and drone systems.
• Develop and optimize UAV designs for efficiency, stability and control.
• Create CAD models using CATIA and related tools.
• Set up CFD simulations to evaluate drag, lift, and performance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet requirements.
