Job summary

DSK Law in Dubai is seeking a Litigation Associate with 5+ years of post-qualification UAE onshore experience. The role requires fluent Arabic with proven Arabic drafting, and a deep knowledge of UAE Civil Transactions Law, Civil Procedure Law, Law of Evidence, and Commercial Transactions Law.

You will lead cases end to end, draft core pleadings in Arabic, manage experts, and advise clients directly. You will work closely with licensed advocates, develop strategy, and contribute to the firm's

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic with proven legal drafting in Arabic.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience in UAE onshore litigation.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Civil Transactions Law, Civil Procedure Law, Law of Evidence, and Commercial Transactions Law.
• Experience managing court-appointed expert stages and enforcement proceedings.
• Professional English for client-facing work and reporting to international clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and civil disputes from inception to enforcement.
• Draft pleadings and memoranda in Arabic; provide strategic case direction.
• Instruct and coordinate with licensed advocates before courts.
• Advise clients on likelihood of success, settlement options, and costs.
