Job summary

Sobha Group is seeking a Government Liaison and Public Relations Officer (PRO) in UAE to ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulations related to employee documentation, licensing and permits. The role requires strong coordination with MOHRE, GDRFA, DED and free zones.

Responsibilities include processing visas, Emirates ID applications, labor permits, residency requirements, and timely submission of trade licenses, establishment card updates, translations, attestations and notary

Qualifications

• Stay up to date on UAE labor laws and visa regulations.
• Experience with documentation clearance, translations, attestations and notary services.
• Strong coordination with MOHRE, GDRFA, DED and free zones.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on entry process of employees.
• Handle processing, renewal and cancellation of employee visas and Emirates ID applications.
• Manage labor permits and residency requirements.
• Submit and follow up on trade license renewals, establishment card updates and other regulatory paperwork.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness to avoid penalties and maintain business continuity.
