Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Associate Director to join the Transport Planning and Mobility team in the UAE and KSA. You will lead masterplanning, traffic engineering, planning and parking projects while ensuring technical and commercial excellence on high-profile infrastructure programs.

Mentor teams, develop methodologies, and manage proposals and delivery. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 15+ years in the Middle East are required, with expertise in transport modelling tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering planning or related quantitative field.
• Strong experience leading transport and mobility projects in the Middle East.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team setting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of transport modelling software (STEAM / PTV VISUM / VISSIM).
• Minimum of 15 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead transport and mobility projects with technical and commercial excellence.
• Deliver on masterplanning, traffic engineering, planning and parking tasks.
• Manage client reports and project workload with senior input from the team.
• Develop technical methodologies and provide strategic client guidance.
• Prepare proposals and manage delivery of transport planning tasks and projects.
