The role requires a BSc in Civil/Transportation Engineering with 5–10 years of experience and hands-on skills in SIDRA, VISSIM and traffic analysis, plus experience with Dubai RTA TIS requirements and prequalification.

Qualifications

• BSc in Civil / Transportation Engineering is required.
• 5–10 years of relevant traffic engineering and transport planning experience.
• Proficiency in SIDRA, VISSIM and traffic analysis.
• Experience with Dubai RTA TIS requirements and approval processes.
• RTA Prequalification (Traffic Impact Studies) – Required.
• Strong technical writing, reporting and client-facing capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Traffic Impact Studies, traffic modelling and capacity assessment.
• Undertake junction analysis, signal optimisation and microsimulation.
• Develop and review traffic mitigation and access solutions.
• Lead technical reports, client presentations and RTA coordination.
• Review traffic, junction and road designs from an operational and safety perspective.
