Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Traffic Engineering, signal design, and intersection analysis.
• Experience delivering transportation and traffic projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical, written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Synchro, SIDRA, HCS, VISSIM, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver traffic and transportation engineering studies, designs and reports for roadway, highway and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.
• Oversee traffic impact assessments, capacity and level-of-service analyses, and intersection/corridor studies; plan multimodal transportation.
• Prepare and review design drawings, technical specifications and calculations to ensure compliance with local and international standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams, clients and authorities; participate in proposals, scope development and stakeholder coordination.

Role Description The Senior Traffic and Transportation Engineer will lead and deliver traffic and transportation engineering studies, designs, and reports for roadway, highway, and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role includes overseeing traffic impact assessments, capacity and level-of-service analyses, intersection and corridor studies, multimodal transportation planning. The role involves preparing and reviewing design drawings, technical specifications, and calculations, ensuring compliance with local and international standards and client requirements. The engineer will coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams, clients, and authorities and quality control. The position also includes participation in proposals, scope development, and co-ordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required; a Master’s degree in Transportation or Traffic Engineering
• Possess strong skills in Traffic Engineering, signal design, intersection analysis
• Should possess skills in Transportation Planning and Transportation Engineering,
