Job summary

Remote DXB seeks a seasoned Saudi equities trader to manage a SAR 100 million facilitation book and oversee principal trading activities in a fast-paced regional environment.

You will optimize liquidity, execute hedges, and collaborate with HFT systems and major brokers to maintain seamless flow and robust risk controls. Strong analytical and post-trade discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep expertise in Saudi equity markets and Tadawul microstructure.
• Experience with facilitation or principal trading desks.
• Proven track record of managing books of SAR 100M+.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a SAR 100 million Facilitation book on Saudi equities, providing immediate liquidity for significant broker flows
• Execute and manage principal risk positions, optimizing inventory levels and hedging strategies
• Interact with internal HFT market making systems to offload risk
• Collaborate with one of the region's largest brokers to ensure seamless flow integration
• Utilize and provide feedback on internal risk management and monitoring tools
• Provide market behavior insights to the research team to refine automated pricing and hedging algorithms
• Help manage the deployment of new strategies and models
• Help design and develop internal tools, dashboards, and automation
• Support post-trade activities to aid effective clearing and accurate record-keeping
