Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an experienced Trade Support professional to manage Dealer Assist activities and ensure timely data readiness for Front Office Sales and Trading desks across Global Markets. You will coordinate client onboarding, product activation readiness and SSI/reference data dependencies to enable trade execution.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration and hands-on support for data-enrichment, validation and settlement-readiness,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Global Markets Operations, Middle Office, or Dealer Assist/Trade Support
• Strong understanding of Global Markets products and trade lifecycle processes
• Experience coordinating with Front Office, KYC, Compliance, Reference Data, IT and regional teams

Responsibilities

• Dealer Assist Operating Discipline: Manage daily Dealer Assist activities per standards and SLAs
• Data Readiness and Static Reference Data Coordination: Ensure SSI, reference data and market data readiness for accurate trade booking
• Client onboarding and activation coordination: Track onboarding blockers and ensure data/documentation is complete
• T0 Trade Support and Enrichment: Support non-economic booking, enrichment, and trade-flow coordination
• Escalation and stakeholder communication: Escalate blockers to VP Head of GM MO Trade Support and responsible owners
