Job summary

Loft Orbital Solutions seeks a Lead Test Platform Engineer in Abu Dhabi to own end-to-end spacecraft test platforms for integration, verification, and manufacturing. The role blends hardware, Linux infrastructure, networking, and test automation, guiding multidisciplinary teams toward scalable, reusable test environments.

The ideal candidate will drive architecture and hands-on implementation across Test Stations, EGSE/SCOE interfaces, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust, maintainable platforms

Qualifications

• Significant experience owning complex test platforms such as SIL/HIL or integration environments.
• Experience taking test platforms from requirements through build, deployment, and operations.
• Hands-on hardware/software/system integration in Linux environments with networking.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, development, deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of spacecraft test platforms.
• Lead architecture/design reviews and root-cause investigations across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure platforms are reusable, configurable, reliable, maintainable and scalable.
