Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in IP Telephony, Call Recording, and Collaboration Infrastructure.
• Ability to plan, design, configure, and implement Telephony related infrastructure.
• Experience in vendor management and system life-cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the availability and reliability of Telephony and Collaboration services.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve Infrastructure issues.
• Support the execution of all business and IT projects related to Voice & collaboration.
