We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technology Engineer – ELK to join our team in Dubai and contribute to large-scale, high-impact projects for a leading banking client. If you have deep expertise in the ELK stack and a passion for delivering secure, scalable, and innovative solutions, this role is for.

Key Responsibilities

• 💡 Design, implement, and maintain ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) solutions for enterprise-level applications.
• 💡 Develop and optimize data ingestion pipelines, parsing, and transformation processes.
• 💡 Create and manage Kibana dashboards for monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
• 💡 Ensure scalability, availability, and performance of ELK solutions in production environments.
• 💡 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ELK with various banking applications.
• 💡 Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to log management, monitoring, and analytics.
• 💡 Implement security and compliance measures aligned with banking standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• ✅ 6+ years of experience in technology engineering, with at least 3+ years in ELK stack.
• ✅ Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch architecture, index management, and query optimization.
• ✅ Hands‑on experience with Logstash pipelines, Beats, and Kibana visualizations.
• ✅ Proficiency in Linux, shell scripting, and automation tools.

• ✅ Strong understanding of security, compliance, and performance tuning in a banking/financial domain.

Preferred Skills
