Role Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the jobs while ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum profitability as per existing company standards
  • Attend to any difficult service problem and teach colleagues the technical aspects of the problem for future reference
  • Conduct site inspections provide estimated manpower and material required to handle a service job
  • Prepare job cards inspection reports field reports and time sheet
  • Prepare material requests for required parts for each job
  • Ensure cost control & asset optimization
  • Continuously training to improve the quality of work and reduce the no. of complaints and call backs
  • knowledge of PLC System and control
Customer Care
  • Handle all customer complaints at the site
  • Ensure efficient courteous and timely services to all customer requests and inquiries
  • Attend all customer complaints within target time.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding maintenance visits
  • Ensure customer satisfaction thru regular meetings
  • Reports opportunities to Branch Manager
EH&S
  • Implementation of the UTS Carrier EH&S standards Policy within their area of control
  • To ensure all the environmental aspects / health hazard in their area of responsibility are identified
  • Report all accidents incidents occupational illness & environmental incidents regardless of its severity to the management and initiate a permanent solution to the unsafe condition in coordination with the responsible people.
  • Attend weekly EH&S Talks in an interactive way.
  • Ensure the self inspections have been made by the technicians prior to start any job
  • Participate with team members to carry out the selfinspection wherever necessary.
  • Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) are worn while working
Role Purpose

Skills and experience in understanding and conducting best practices of air conditioning principles maintenance and the relevant industry standards that govern the maintenance of equipment

  • Work Experience in naval field maintenance
  • minimum of 5 years experience in similar role
