Job summary

Emirates Group is seeking a Senior Technical Software Engineer in Dubai to lead technical design and deliver scalable, secure software solutions. You will mentor engineers, guide architecture decisions and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to achieve business outcomes.

The role blends hands-on development with leadership in agile teams, focusing on computer vision, AI/ML, and GPU-accelerated pipelines to keep Emirates at the cutting edge of aviation technology.

Qualifications

• Degree or Honours 12 3 or equivalent in Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning or AI Engineering delivering large-scale secure AI CV solutions including GPU-accelerated inference and video analytics in enterprise Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience developing multi-camera CV solutions covering detection, recognition, tracking, Re-ID and 3D multi-view vision with experience across the full model lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade AI solutions using DevOps, edge/cloud deployment, AI-assisted development tools and responsible AI practices.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience with strong stakeholder collaboration to influence technology decisions.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management and production support capabilities including incident management and root cause analysis.
