Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of UAE experience in commercial and residential buildings.
• Experience in a contracting company as a Senior Technical Engineer.
• Preferably more than 75% or 7.5 CGPA in engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate submittals and liaise with stakeholders.
• Review and comment on PQD, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Maintain engineering submission logs.
• Prepare technical packages for procurement.
• Conduct periodical site visits as required.
• Handle multiple projects ensuring compliance with quality standards.
