Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts, ensuring tasks are well-planned, prioritized, and delivered with quality research and experimentation.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product, Product Managers, Marketing Leads, and Business Heads to make data-driven decisions and define product strategy with data insights.
• Improve the analytics system by enhancing data quality, BI tools, A/B testing, and develop self-service tools for the team.
• Encourage data-driven decisions across the Delivery Hub and promote best practices in analytics and experimentation.
• Present clear findings to leadership, suggest recommendations and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Russian language proficiency B2/C1.
• English language B2.
• 5+ years in product analytics or data science, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Background in courier delivery analytics is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Redash).
• Hands-on expertise and deep knowledge of A/B testing, research, and experimentation methods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a solid grasp of business needs.
• Proactive problem-solver, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
