Job summary

AlFuttaim in Dubai is looking for a talented Senior Tax Analyst to support Group Tax Operations. This role includes preparing tax returns and maintaining tax schedules while ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in tax compliance and a solid understanding of SAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in tax compliance, tax reporting, or Group Tax operations.
• Strong experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Corporate Income Tax and Zakat returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and monitor tax compliance calendars to ensure timely submission of filings.
• Prepare tax provision schedules and supporting calculations for financial reporting.
• Reconcile tax balances with general ledger accounts and maintain accurate tax records.
• Assist with preparation of tax disclosures within financial reporting frameworks.
• Prepare audit documentation including tax computations, schedules, and supporting records.
• Respond to internal and external audit queries related to tax compliance and reporting.
• Analyze tax data and reconcile discrepancies between financial records and tax reports.
