Job summary
A luxury retail leader in Dubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the sourcing and onboarding of candidates. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally in retail, beauty or hospitality. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Qualifications

- Experience in recruiting high volume roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with an ATS.
- Excellent communication and fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the efficient sourcing, selection, and onboarding of candidates.
- Review the approved budget and drive the hiring process accordingly.
- Determine sourcing strategies to reach a wide pool of applicants.
- Conduct pre-screening, short listing, and selecting of potential applicants.
- Manage the interview process and coordinate post-interview feedback.
- Conduct reference checks on suitable candidates.
