Job description
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection support.
  • Ensure all healthcare hires meet Abu Dhabi Unified Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR) for licensed roles in Abu Dhabi and other regulatory standards.
  • Manage international recruitment efforts, including sourcing from global markets and coordinating overseas hiring workflows.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local and international recruitment agencies to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
  • Supervise, guide, and coach a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring daily operations are carried out effectively and performance targets are met.
  • Oversee workload allocation, provide continuous training, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to fill hard-to-fill positions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline and ensure the applicant tracking system is updated and accurate.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for leadership review.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs or recruitment events when required.
