A healthcare recruitment firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Recruitment Lead to oversee the hiring processes for healthcare and non-healthcare roles. This position involves ensuring compliance with local qualifications, managing international recruitment efforts, and supervising a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and the ability to innovate sourcing strategies for challenging roles.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection support.
Ensure all healthcare hires meet Abu Dhabi Unified Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR) for licensed roles in Abu Dhabi and other regulatory standards.
Manage international recruitment efforts, including sourcing from global markets and coordinating overseas hiring workflows.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local and international recruitment agencies to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
Supervise, guide, and coach a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring daily operations are carried out effectively and performance targets are met.
Oversee workload allocation, provide continuous training, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies to fill hard-to-fill positions efficiently.
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
Maintain an active talent pipeline and ensure the applicant tracking system is updated and accurate.
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for leadership review.
Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs or recruitment events when required.
