Job summary

Vinirma Consulting is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (Cloud & Infrastructure) to take full ownership of large-scale AWS environments across UAE operations. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on architecting, operating, and optimizing secure, scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure.

You will act as a technical authority for AWS platforms, building and running mission-critical environments, driving automation, cost optimization, and DR strategies across multi-AZ and multi-region

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Systems/Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong hands-on AWS experience with real environments
• AWS certification preferred
• Deep understanding of networking (L3/L4/L7)
• Experience with hybrid cloud and on-prem integration
• Proven automation and scripting skills
• Ability to design enterprise-scale landing zones
• Experience with security and compliance in cloud

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage production-grade AWS environments

• Deep understanding of networking fundamentals (L3 / L4 / L7)
• Strong knowledge of security and identity management
• Solid experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
• Proven experience with automation (scripting or tools)
• Experience operating hybrid cloud environments
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills across multiple technology layers

• Experience designing enterprise‑scale AWS landing zones
• Strong understanding of cloud security architecture and compliance
• Exposure to DevOps or Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices
• Experience supporting regulated or mission‑critical systems
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives
