Job summary

An international consulting firm in Dubai seeks a sustainability manager with expertise in LEED and Estidama certifications. The role involves coordinating sustainability efforts on construction sites, ensuring compliance with materials governance, and managing documentation. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in the GCC along with a valid UAE driving licence. Frequent travel to job sites across the UAE is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years delivering LEED/Estidama on live construction sites in the GCC.
• Proven Pearl delivery experience required.
• Strong understanding of audit hosting and PCR close-out.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LEED and Estidama requirements from pre-construction to handover.
• Prepare and upload documentation to LEED Online and Estidama portal.
• Run routine sustainability walks and manage NCRs.

Strong command of PDR→PCR workflow
