Job Description

Purpose:

The Senior Supervisor- System integration is responsible for providing administrative support for the system of the department and services. Providing these services to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner.

Main Duties:

• Provide administrative support to ensure that daily operations of the systems are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
• Type correspondence, reports and other documents
• Maintain all office files and documentations
• Scheduling meetings for the department
• Take minutes of meetings and distribute as appropriately
• Coordinate repairs to all office equipment
• Maintain confidential records and files
• Maintain records of decisions
• Arrange for all financials, submissions and procurement activities.
• Maintain the Preventive Maintenance records up to date in the tracker and data server.
• Manage the team request(s)in coordination with the departments Manager, Director and HR,
• Providing a receptionist service
• Greet and assist all visitors and Suppliers.
• Answer telephone calls
• Direct calls and respond to inquiries
• Perform other related duties as required
