Job summary

Penspen is urgently looking to hire for a Senior Supervisor for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on direct field supervision of mechanical and offshore activities, coordinating crews, and ensuring safe, compliant execution in a demanding offshore environment.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma of Engineering with extensive offshore experience, particularly with wellhead towers, subsea cables and pipelines, and a background in brownfield/hook-up activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in offshore projects.
• At least 5+ years significant offshore experience.
• Proven hands-on field supervision and coordination on offshore facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct field supervision and operational coordination for mechanical and offshore activities.
• Coordinate work crews, subcontractors and specialist personnel to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Ensure activities are performed in accordance with procedures, work packs, drawings and project requirements.
• Supervise/field work for wellhead towers, subsea cables and pipelines and related brownfield/hook-up activities.
• Demonstrate strong onsite leadership and offshore operating experience.

Qualification Required

• The candidates should have Diploma of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical Or equivalent from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Should have hands-on experience in wellhead towers, subsea cables and pipelines, preferably on offshore facilities and associated brownfield/hook-up activities
• responsible for providing direct field supervision and operational coordination for mechanical and associated offshore activities within the assigned work area.
• responsible for coordinating work crews, subcontractors and specialist personnel and ensuring that activities are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved procedures, work packs, drawings and project requirements.
• strong practical experience in offshore mechanical works, wellhead tower facilities, subsea cable and pipeline interfaces, installation/hook-up activities, maintenance and brownfield execution.
• Strong hands-on site experience, trade knowledge, leadership and offshore operating experience are the primary requirements.

Experience Required

• Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years significant in offshore project.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising/ Field work.
• Proven hands-on experience working on wellhead towers and associated mechanical equipment, piping, valves and production facilities
• Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Background.
• Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
