Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for Substation Automation Systems and Cyber Security in the Saudi region to design, develop and commission Micro SCADA/RTU projects and ensure compliance with safety, time and budget standards.

You will lead engineering activities, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and support testing, QC and commissioning while aligning with customer specifications and project plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical or communication engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in power grids and knowledge of Micro SCADA, RTUs, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Designs, controls, specifications, schedules, costs, testing and commissioning of infrastructure and equipment.
• Coordinate engineering disciplines across multiple projects and external/internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical support for testing, installation, commissioning, and proposals aligned with customer budgets.
