Qualifications

• 10+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Proven hands-on villas projects experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client relationships to meet expectations.
• Oversee design and construction management across project lifecycle.
• Lead on-site construction activities ensuring safety and quality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules.
• Perform structural calculations and peer reviews for compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, MEPs, and contractors.
• Support shop drawing reviews and RFIs.
• Participate in cost estimation and value engineering.
• Communicate with clients and authorities to address concerns.
