Job summary

9E Global in Dubai is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer - Site to lead on-site supervision, review shop drawings, calculations, and method statements, and ensure design intent is implemented during construction.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years in engineering consultancy with concrete design experience and knowledge of Etabs, Staad Pro, IDEA StatiCa and SAP, plus a relevant degree (Master's/Chartered advantageous).

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years in engineering consultancy with site supervision experience.
• Proven concrete structure design and analysis capabilities.
• Graduate engineer in Civil/Structural Engineering; MSc/Chartered is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review structural shop drawings, calculations and method statements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor steel erection, enabling works, and piling works.
• Provide technical support during fabrication and installation phases.
• Identify and resolve design discrepancies; ensure compliance with codes and project specs.
