Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years UAE/Dubai site supervision experience on complex buildings.
• Strong knowledge of ACI, BS, Eurocodes and UAE local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision of reinforced concrete, post-tensioned slabs, structural steel, and composite structures.
• Oversight of deep foundations, transfer girders, cantilevered elements, and complex load-transfer systems.
• Review and approval of shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for non-standard systems.
• Monitoring and inspection of specialized structural works like mega columns and large-span trusses.
• Coordination with design teams to resolve build challenges and value-engineering solutions.
• Compliance with local codes and regional regulations.
• Structural integrity verification and NCR/SOR handling.
• Collaboration with contractors to maintain safety, cost control, and schedule adherence.
