Job summary

A leading UAE-based developer is seeking a Senior Structural Design Engineer to oversee and mentor design teams. The ideal candidate must have at least 12 years of experience in highrise tower design and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Responsibilities include conducting stability analysis, preparing structural design models, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the project. Familiarity with engineering software such as ETABS is essential, and knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 12 years of design experience.
• Proficient in handling Highrise towers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Full Structural Design including Stability Analysis and Design Approvals.
• Prepare design models using software and calculate forces for components.
• Liaise with architects and engineers for safe design concepts.
• Implement Quality Assurance programs for design standards.
• Provide support to site teams during construction projects.
