Job summary

A minimum of 4-6 years experience in BIM modeling is essential, along with proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional experience in structural BIM modeling, preferably in large multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and digital project delivery frameworks preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, coordination, and maintenance of structural BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans and workflows.
• Conduct model audits and quality checks.
